Material Topic Managemen

In line with the GRI Standards and the spirit of sustainability disclosure practices, the Company continuously reviews the appropriateness and relevance of its material topics. The 2024 Sustainability Report continues the identification process established in the prior year based on the GRI (2021) Standards, and an internal reassessment was conducted this year to confirm whether the material topics remain representative and responsive.

The process consists of three steps:

1.   Identification Process

Continuous Monitoring of Stakeholder Issues
The Company continuously tracks stakeholder concerns based on the daily operations and external interactions of each unit, with departments reporting on their communication activities to serve as a reference for issue monitoring. Drawing on the identification results from the previous year, the AA1000 SES principles, and the Company's actual organizational structure, six core stakeholder groups were confirmed: clients, investors, employees, local communities, suppliers, and government agencies.

2.   Sustainability Topic Relevance and Completeness

This year, members of the sustainability report team, together with external consultants, comprehensively reviewed the 17 previously identified sustainability topics based on the GRI Standards, SDGs, domestic and international policy trends, construction industry issues, and the Company's operational strategy. Following comprehensive analysis, it was confirmed that the existing topics continue to cover the organization's key impact areas, remain persistent and representative, and adequately respond to the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. Accordingly, no adjustments were made to the materiality ranking, and no new topics were added this year.

3.   Confirming Material Topic Stability and Continuing Disclosure of Management Actions

The 2024 Sustainability Report continues the six material topics established in 2023, and continues to disclose the management approach, progress targets, and implementation results for each topic, responding to stakeholder concerns through concrete actions and ensuring that information disclosure remains transparent and consistent.
